30 Days Return Warranty
Customers can contact us within 30 days of receiving the item. these defective problems are including but not limited to stains, zipper malfunction, ripped or torn, very poor quality materials, obvious color difference, and the major difference between the photographed product and the actual product you have received.

To guarantee a fast and smooth warranty process:
- Please inform us your order number, describe the issue of the product and provide us pictures that can display the problem.
- Once we have received your complaint emails in our customer service's inbox, we will reply you in 48 hours.
- Please do not return your products directly to the address on the package that you have received. The return address that provided by our customer service is available only! Any return or exchange will be valid when it is accepted by our customer service center.
1. YosMary's Responsibility:
※ If our company is responsible for the issue, we will allow a return to our warehouse for a refund or an exchange.
※ Once we receive the item, we will refund in full the original product price and its shipping or resend for free a replacement at our expense. This solution is only when YosMary is responsible for shipping the wrong item/ size.
※ Other: If you want cancel an order before shipping, We will refund, But Not accept refund once the items was shipped.Thanks.
※ Incorrect order (size of item)
If the customer has ordered an incorrect size or product, we can also allow a return. In this case, the customer will be responsible for the shipping fee both ways (to and from our warehouse) for an exchange. If the customer chooses a refund, we will refund the original product price. All and any shipping fees are non-refundable.
※ Unwanted item & Customer‘s subjective factors and just dislikes the item
If the customer decides that they no longer want the item or simply want to exchange the item, they can report this to us within 30 days of receiving the product for a partial refund of the product cost.
※ No exchange or return on promotional items.
You are guaranteed of returning the item(s) and obtaining a refund once we received your returned items. Unfortunately, we are currently unable to process exchanges. You can return your item to us and place a new order to receive the item of your choice.Package Returned

How long for shipment?
Receiving time = Processing time +Shipping time.
1）Preparation for delivery (Quality checks, Packing, Paperwork, etc.) usually takes 1-2 business days and is NOT included in the overall "shipping time".

- Where is my order?
Your shipping confirmation will be received only when your items are fulfilled. Please fill in your both account email and order number in order to monitor order status.
- Tips for shipping:
1) For delivering successfully, we suggest you leave your correct email box and mobile number during checkout process.
2) Unsuccessful delivery caused by blank mobile column cannot be compensated.
3) PO Box or BFPO is not accepted if you choose express shipping. Your address should be detailed enough, even include apartment or unit number. Nondelivery or extra shipping fee due to personal reasons will not be taken by YosMary.
4) Your order can be tracked in details only when it arrives in your country's facility. After it arrives in your country, please allow 5-7 days more for the package to reach you.
4. WHAT IS ITEM PROCESSING TIME
The Item Processing Time is the time from receiving your order to physically dispatching your order. After receiving your order, we conduct rigorous Quality Control checks and tests in order to ensure the product's quality prior to shipment to meet your satisfaction. This can involve detailed in-house checks: material quality, zippers, seams, embellishments and motifs, interiors, lining, etc. The total processing time varies depending on the complexity, design and size of the specific product or article. Larger orders will naturally take longer. The average processing time is approximately 3 business days; however, please note that the processing time can also be affected by the stock status of individual items, the time of the year, national holidays, etc. If your order includes very popular items that are experiencing stock availability issues, then the order can take 3-5 business days to process and dispatch. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience caused by these delays and thank you for your patience.
