30 Days Return Warranty
Customers can contact us within 30 days of receiving the item. these defective problems are including but not limited to stains, zipper malfunction, ripped or torn, very poor quality materials, obvious color difference, and the major difference between the photographed product and the actual product you have received.

To guarantee a fast and smooth warranty process:
- Please inform us your order number, describe the issue of the product and provide us pictures that can display the problem.
- Once we have received your complaint emails in our customer service's inbox, we will reply you in 48 hours.
- Please do not return your products directly to the address on the package that you have received. The return address that provided by our customer service is available only! Any return or exchange will be valid when it is accepted by our customer service center.
1. YosMary's Responsibility:
※ If our company is responsible for the issue, we will allow a return to our warehouse for a refund or an exchange.
※ Once we receive the item, we will refund in full the original product price and its shipping or resend for free a replacement at our expense. This solution is only when YosMary is responsible for shipping the wrong item/ size.
※ Other: If you want cancel an order before shipping, We will refund, But Not accept refund once the items was shipped.Thanks.
※ Incorrect order (size of item)
If the customer has ordered an incorrect size or product, we can also allow a return. In this case, the customer will be responsible for the shipping fee both ways (to and from our warehouse) for an exchange. If the customer chooses a refund, we will refund the original product price. All and any shipping fees are non-refundable.
※ Unwanted item & Customer‘s subjective factors and just dislikes the item
If the customer decides that they no longer want the item or simply want to exchange the item, they can report this to us within 30 days of receiving the product for a partial refund of the product cost.
※ No exchange or return on promotional items.
