30-Day Exchange & Return Policy
If there’s something wrong with your order (defective product, incorrect order, damaged order, or not in love, etc.), please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we’ll be happy to assist you in reviewing the case if it is approved then you can return the package to us with the order number on the packaging (The order number is very important on the packaging because we need to return your money according to the correct order number). Of course, we will be sending a replacement if you accept this way. Please do not return anything before we review the case, our customer service team will review the request and will send further instructions. Yosmary reserves the right to refuse any return request if the return is caused by malicious competitive business practices.
Disclaimer: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item (Unless the clothing quality has problems).

To guarantee a fast and smooth warranty process: 

Please inform us of your order number, describe the issue of the product, and provide us with pictures that can display the problem.
Once we have received your complaint emails in our customer service inbox, we will reply to you within 48 hours.
Please do not return your products directly to the address on the package that you have received. The return address provided by our customer service is available only! Any return or exchange will be valid when it is accepted by our customer service center.
Return Policy 

Our Solutions:

1. YosMary's Responsibility:

※ If our company is responsible for the issue, we will allow a return to our warehouse for a refund or an exchange.
※ Once we receive the item, we will refund in full the original product price and its shipping or resend it for free as a replacement at our expense. This solution is only when YosMary is responsible for shipping the wrong item.

※ Other: If you want to cancel an order before shipping, We will refund you, but we will not accept refunds once the items are shipped.Thanks.

2. Customer's responsibility:

※ Incorrect order
If the customer has ordered an incorrect size or product, we can also allow a return. In this case, the customer will be responsible for the shipping fee both ways (to and from our warehouse) for an exchange. If the customer chooses a refund, we will refund the original product price. All and any shipping fees are non-refundable.
※ Unwanted item & Customer‘s subjective factors and just dislikes the item
If the customer decides that they no longer want the item or simply want to exchange the item, they can report this to us within 30 days of receiving the product for a partial refund of the product cost.

※ No exchange or return on promotional items.

About Refund

You are guaranteed to return the item(s) and obtain a refund once we receive your returned items. 

We usually accept returns within 3 business days of their arrival at our logistic center, During peak times it could take up to 7 business days.
