30-Day Exchange & Return Policy

If there’s something wrong with your order (defective product, incorrect order, damaged order,or not in love etc.), please contact us within 30 days from receiving your order and we’ll be happy to assist you reviewing the case and if it is approved then you can return the package to us with the order number on the packaging (The order number is very important on the packaging,because we need to return your money accroding the correct order number).Of course we will be sending a replacement if you accept this way. Please do not return anything before we review the case,our customer service team will review the request and will send further instructions. Yosmary reserves the right to refuse any return request, if the return is caused by malicious competitive business practices.
Disclaimer:You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item (Unless the clothing quality has problems).

To guarantee a fast and smooth warranty process: 

  1. Please inform us your order number, describe the issue of the product and provide us pictures that can display the problem.
  2. Once we have received your complaint emails in our customer service's inbox, we will reply you in 48 hours.
  3. Please do not return your products directly to the address on the package that you have received. The return address that provided by our customer service is available only! Any return or exchange will be valid when it is accepted by our customer service center.

Return Policy

1. YosMary's Responsibility:

※ If our company is responsible for the issue, we will allow a return to our warehouse for a refund or an exchange.
※ Once we receive the item, we will refund in full the original product price and its shipping or resend for free a replacement at our expense. This solution is only when YosMary is responsible for shipping the wrong item/ size.

※ Other: If you want cancel an order before shipping, We will refund, But Not accept refund once the items was shipped.Thanks.

2.Customer's responsibility:

※ Incorrect order (size of item)
If the customer has ordered an incorrect size or product, we can also allow a return. In this case, the customer will be responsible for the shipping fee both ways (to and from our warehouse) for an exchange. If the customer chooses a refund, we will refund the original product price. All and any shipping fees are non-refundable.
※ Unwanted item & Customer‘s subjective factors and just dislikes the item
If the customer decides that they no longer want the item or simply want to exchange the item, they can report this to us within 30 days of receiving the product for a partial refund of the product cost.

※ No exchange or return on promotional items.

About Refund

You are guaranteed of returning the item(s) and obtaining a refund once we received your returned items. 

We usually accept returns withins 3 business days of their arrival at our logistic center, During peak times it could take up to 7 business days.
